Festicket appoint Ed Walsh as Strategic Commercial Director
Festicket, the world’s largest platform for music festival experiences, is announcing the appointment of Ed Walsh as Strategic Commercial Director.
Walsh joins Festicket after spending over two years as Music Account Director at Eventbrite, where he developed the overarching music accounts strategy at the company, working closely alongside the company’s biggest clients including The MJR Group and global clubbing brand elrow.
Previous experience at NVS Music Group (Outlook / Dimensions / Sunfall), Broadwick Live and Mainstage Travel (Snowboxx / Kala) completes a unique CV that brings a holistic insight on the events industry to the business.

After an extensive search for the right candidate, Yonas Blay, CCO at Festicket commented: “We cast our net far and wide to find the absolute best candidate possible for the role. With a real focus moving forwards on our new end-to-end solution, we wanted to find someone with experience on both sides of the fence to help us deliver our unique offering to the industry.
